Chris J Wingfield Senior - Owner and Founder 

With 45 years’ experience working for and with the NHS. Chris spent 7 years in nursing before moving into pharmaceutical and medical sales, working in many of the NHS fields from Pathology sales to critical care.

The last 22 years have been spent working with friends and colleagues in the Respiratory and Sleep departments, eight of those years forming and running RemServe Medical Supplies. With a mission to create an inspiring place to work where each employee is part of the company process and respected, therefore, everyone is invested in its success and rewarded fairly. We have a huge amount of experience in the field of respiratory medicine support within our team, spanning over 70 years.

Karen Hardwick – Sales and Marketing Manager

Over 40 years’ experience in retail sales management and 10 years in marketing plus customer insights, an understanding of customer needs and more recently data analysis.

With a passion for customer service and continuous improvement, Karen joined RemServe in March 2020 and is tasked with raising awareness of the product range we have to offer and delighting our customers with first-class service and support. Passing on as much knowledge as possible before hoping to retire to somewhere lovely, peaceful and sunny!

Chris J Wingfield Junior (Chip) – IT and Management Support Manager

Chip is our resident Technology Guru and lifesaver with all thing’s technology related. Joining RemServe in 2014 in its early years to work alongside Chris Snr as the business began to expand, creating the Website and developing sales systems, drawing his experience from his background in Tech support.

A keen Rugby fan Chip has played for Otley Zebras in Yorkshire from the age of 5 to 15yrs and latterly alongside Danny Care.

His other memorable sporting achievement is as the 2015 ARTP Coconut Shy champion!!

Faye Wingfield – Customer Service Support and Administration

Faye is the lovely friendly voice of RemServe, making sure that customers receive a great level of service, she looks after customer orders and keeps things moving along in the stockroom.

She also takes care of our social media platforms. Faye has a BA (Hons) degree in Textiles and a background in make-up art. Her love of nature and keen photographic eye has provided us with the beautiful image of Sherwood Forest seen on the front of our Product Catalogue. Faye is also a qualified Reiki practitioner and brings a touch of calmness to the office.

Leona Sims – Product and Account Manager South

Leona has been with RemServe for 7 years, playing a major part in the initial growth of the business but started her journey in Sleep and Respiratory products 21 years ago taking a keen interest in Ventilation and Paediatrics.

Formerly nursing in the private sector specialising in brain injury.

She juggles her busy life as a mum of two even fitting in a love of fitness in her spare time.

Colin Smith – Product Account Manager North

Colin has been involved with Respiratory medicine and sales for 33 years, experienced in Ventilation, CPAP, Aerosol drug delivery and Spirometry in both Adult and Paediatrics.

Joining the RemServe team in March 2020 Colin has known and worked with Chris Wingfield for 23 years.

Brought up in a Mining family of 2 generations and being acutely aware of “Respiratory Health” within the medical industry “I feel privileged to be part of a proactive clinical environment which is always willing to expand its views”.

Graham Hall – Stockroom and Deliveries

Graham Joined RemServe in March 2015, working to keep order in the stockroom and pack deliveries before dispatch to the customer, maintaining our next working day promise.

Graham has a love and huge knowledge of Trains amongst other subjects plus a long association with football in Mansfield for which he is well known and respected in the area.
