We have received confirmation from the courier we use (APC Overnight) to ship our consignments out to yourselves, stating what kind of service to expect over the Christmas period. 

This will only affect any NHS-based customers. All our Ebay sales/customers should be largely unaffected as we use a different service "Track 48" service offered by Royal Mail and although our website sales are currently using APC, if any customers are based in any of the postcodes listed below, then we can use the "Track 48" service instead to ensure any delays are kept to a minimum.

APC is already seeing increased demand for their services in the final days before Christmas. And with Royal Mail strikes continuing this week, APC have therefore taken the decision to bring forward their last input date for deliveries to a small number of postcodes to Wednesday 21st December. See below for the areas and subsequent postcodes affected.

Service will resume on Friday 23rd December for deliveries on Wednesday 28th December.

We will, of course, be on hand to answer any queries about any orders you have with us already or any new orders you may be wishing to place.
